Business Workflow Automation
Connect repeatable business tasks across the tools your team already uses. We map triggers, approval rules and exceptions before configuring or building the workflow.
ITZ / AI & AUTOMATION / DUBAI & UAE
Less repetitive work. More deliberate control.
Connect your business tools, organise handovers and introduce AI where it helps. Start with one defined workflow, prove it on representative tasks and plan how your team will operate it.
SIX SPECIALIST SERVICES
Connect repeatable business tasks across the tools your team already uses. We map triggers, approval rules and exceptions before configuring or building the workflow.
Help visitors understand your services and submit the right details. Build an assistant around approved information, defined tasks and a visible route to your staff.
Connect enquiry sources with your existing CRM and sales process. Define assignment, duplicate handling and follow-up responsibilities before adding more notifications.
Extract information from agreed document types, validate important fields and send uncertain results for review before data reaches your operational systems.
Build practical workflows around Microsoft 365 and supported connectors. Connect requests, approvals and records with appropriate permissions and an operating plan.
Introduce AI-assisted functions into your existing systems, or build an internal assistant around approved company knowledge with defined access and evaluation.
THE BUSINESS CASE
Repeated copying, missing handovers and unanswered questions are useful starting points. “We need AI” is not yet a project brief.
ITZ helps define the task, assess existing tools and choose an appropriate workflow or AI-assisted approach. Some tasks need rules and connectors; others benefit from extraction, summarisation or retrieval. The implementation should follow the problem.
Each project needs an operating owner, appropriate access, exception handling and acceptance evidence. Start with one workflow and decide whether to expand after reviewing results.

CHOOSE DELIBERATELY
A scheduled reminder, fixed approval rule or supported data sync may not need a model. An assistant that can take actions needs a separate permissions and approval design. We define those boundaries before implementation.
A REVIEWABLE DELIVERY PATH
Document inputs, roles, decisions, exceptions and platform constraints. Deliver an agreed opportunity brief and an initial feasibility view.
Implement one bounded workflow with representative examples and clear acceptance criteria. Keep the scope small enough to evaluate.
Review normal and failed cases, manual workload, access and actual operating costs. Record unresolved limitations.
Provide the defined administration guidance, ownership records and training. Confirm monitoring and maintenance responsibilities.
TOOLS FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENT
Tools are assessed for the specific project. Connector availability, permissions, licences, hosting and delivery capability must be confirmed. Product names describe possible technologies, not partnership or certification.
HUMAN OVERSIGHT
MEASURE WHAT CHANGES
Compare consistent tasks and include time spent reviewing or correcting results.
Record failed runs, retries, duplicate handling and unresolved exceptions.
Evaluate representative outputs and whether they meet the agreed acceptance criteria.
Include subscriptions, usage, hosting and the remaining human workload.
These are suggested measures. No customer savings, accuracy or growth statistics are implied.
COST & SCOPE
BEFORE YOU AUTOMATE
The process has a recognisable start and finish, with sufficient consistency to describe.
Someone can approve the rules, answer exception questions and own the result.
The records are available, representative and suitable for the proposed processing.
The platforms permit the required access and actions at an acceptable operating cost.
CONNECTED SERVICES
AFTER LAUNCH
Workflows change when credentials expire, source documents change or providers update interfaces. An ongoing agreement can cover monitoring, exception review and approved improvements. Scope, coverage hours and escalation arrangements are confirmed separately.
The handover should explain how to stop an automation, who reviews uncertain outputs and how staff can complete the task manually when necessary. Training is focused on the implemented solution.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Bring one repetitive task, the tools involved and a named process owner. Discovery assesses whether configuration, integration, AI assistance or a process change is appropriate.
No universal saving or duration is promised. Feasibility, dependencies, scope and acceptance criteria are established before delivery commitments are made.
That is assessed first. Supported interfaces, access, licences and platform limits determine whether existing tools can deliver the required workflow.
Yes. Approval gates, restricted tool permissions and a manual escalation route can form part of the agreed design. The implemented boundaries must be tested.
That cannot be assumed. Hosting, model processing, logs, backups and third-party services must be reviewed against your requirements before confirming the architecture.
