IT SOLUTIONS · DUBAI & UAE

A stronger foundation for your business.

Bring your workplace systems together with carefully planned email, networks, security and infrastructure. We define the requirements, implement the solution and prepare a clear handover.

WHAT THIS CATEGORY COVERS

The work, in plain terms.

IT Solutions is planned change to the systems your workplace runs on: email and Microsoft 365, the office network and Wi-Fi, the controls that sit around those systems, and the cameras or door readers that protect the premises. It is distinct from IT Support. Support keeps what you already have usable. Solutions defines a requirement, implements it, tests the important paths and hands the result back with administration notes.

A solution is still a finite piece of work. “Make us more secure” is not a requirement. “Move mail from the current provider into a Microsoft 365 tenant for forty mailboxes, with a weekend cutover and a rollback path” is a requirement. The pages in this category stay on the services that already exist on the site. There is no separate Azure catalogue page, and no telephony product page, because those URLs are not in the catalogue.

Implementation always collides with the live office: a cutover that clashes with invoicing, a wireless change during clinic hours, a camera view that a landlord must approve. The project plan has to name those constraints. A tidy diagram that ignores the building is not a plan.

A CLEAR PICTURE

How the pieces sit together.

A workplace stack, from people to premises
  1. Identity & mail Microsoft 365 accounts, domains and the way people sign in.
  2. Network & wireless Cabling, switching, firewall boundaries and Wi-Fi for the floor.
  3. Protection Device, mailbox and network controls you can actually maintain.
  4. Premises Cameras and door readers where the office itself needs them.

WHO IT IS FOR

Typical starting points.

These pages are for owners and operations managers who need a workplace system put in properly once, then handed over. They also serve internal IT staff who want a defined project rather than an open retainer. If you only need a printer mapped, start with IT Support instead.

  • Businesses moving email, files or collaboration into Microsoft 365.
  • Offices fitting or refitting a network, firewall or wireless system.
  • Teams that need a practical security improvement, not a slogan.
  • Premises that need CCTV coverage or door and attendance control.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

From the first conversation to a written handover.

The usual sequence
  1. Requirements, not shopping

Users, floor plans, existing licences and landlord rules come before a product name.

  2. Design against constraints

What can stay, what must change, and what the building or vendor will not allow.

  3. Implement in a window

Cutover, installation or configuration happens against an agreed interruption, with a way back if practical.

  4. Handover administration

You receive access, diagrams or configuration notes, and a clear list of what is now yours to renew.

INCLUDED AND QUOTED SEPARATELY

A typical proposal draws this line.

Included in a typical proposal

  • Discovery against the systems named in the proposal.
  • Implementation labour for that design.
  • Tests of the agreed user paths.
  • Administration handover documented in the proposal.

Quoted separately

  • Hardware, licences, vendor subscriptions and civil works.
  • Ongoing monitoring unless an AMC or separate care arrangement is signed.
  • Systems not listed, including any cloud platform not in the catalogue pages.
  • Approvals from landlords, municipalities or telecom providers.

AFTER HANDOVER

What you should be able to do next.

A completed solution should leave your named administrator able to add a user, view a camera, or change a Wi-Fi guest code without calling the installer for every small task. If you want us to keep doing those tasks, that is support, written separately.

Manufacturer warranties and cloud tenants remain in your name unless you instruct a different billing arrangement. We do not hold your business hostage to an undocumented password.

PRACTICAL NOTES

Details that usually affect how you start.

Landlord, telecom and interior-design constraints show up on almost every office project in Dubai. Bring the building rules and a floor plan early. A tidy equipment list that cannot be mounted or powered is not a design. We would rather delay a purchase than install a workaround that the landlord will later remove.

Support after go-live is a separate conversation. A Microsoft 365 cutover, a new firewall and a camera system all create a week of questions. You can buy a short hypercare window or an AMC. Leaving that unsaid is how project teams get asked to be an unpaid helpdesk.

HELPFUL ANSWERS

Plan with confidence.

Can you work with our existing equipment?

We assess what is already in place before recommending changes. Compatibility, support status and the intended requirements help determine what can be retained.

Will the work interrupt our business?

Changes are planned around dependencies and agreed change windows. We identify likely interruptions, validation steps and practical recovery options before implementation.

What do we receive at handover?

The proposal defines the configuration records, administration access and guidance to be handed over. Any ongoing management is agreed as part of the service arrangement.
