WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Website speed optimisation
in Dubai & the UAE.

Find the causes of a slow experience and improve the work that matters to users. Assess real-user data where available, supported by repeatable laboratory checks.

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

A plain explanation of the work.

Website speed optimisation is finding why a page feels slow or unstable and changing the parts you control: images, fonts, unnecessary scripts, and server settings you have access to. It uses field data when you have it, and repeatable lab checks when you do not. It is not a race to a vanity score on a marketing screenshot.

Third-party tags — chat widgets, several analytics tools, an embedded map, an A/B script — often dominate. We will say when the next second of delay is a business choice to keep those tags, not a missing file-compress trick.

Core Web Vitals language appears in Google’s documentation; we treat those measurements as tools, not as a ranking contract. No position in search is promised if a number moves.

A CLEAR PICTURE

A labelled diagram, not a decoration.

Measure, change, measure again
  1. Measure the real pages

Home, a key service or product, and contact — not only a blank theme demo.

  2. Attribute the delay

Images, tags, server, or all three.

  3. Change what you approve

Each removal has a business owner.

  4. Measure again the same way

    So the note is comparable.

WHO IT IS FOR

The situations this page is written for.

Owners whose pages feel slow on a phone, teams that added plugins until the home page queued a dozen scripts, and developers who need a focused pass before a campaign.

  • WordPress sites with heavy sliders and unresized photographs.
  • Stores whose product pages wait on reviews and recommendation widgets.
  • Marketing sites with overlapping tag managers.
  • Teams that can grant staging access so we do not experiment only on live customers.

TYPICAL SCOPE

What a proposal usually names.

01

Performance baseline

Record load behaviour on agreed pages and devices, using your analytics or a documented lab method. Layout shift sources are listed when they are visible. We note when the host, not the theme, is the bottleneck.

02

Asset optimisation

Images, fonts and caching headers you can change. New image formats are used where they help and where your pipeline can keep using them. We do not replace every photograph with a blur that hides the product.

03

Frontend improvements

Remove or defer scripts you agree to lose, reduce CSS that is never used on a template, and fix the shifts you care about. Chat widgets stay if you insist; they stay as a measured cost.

04

Verification

Repeat the same journeys under the same method. A before-and-after note describes what changed. If the host must move, that is a migration quote, not a CSS trick.

INCLUDED AND QUOTED SEPARATELY

Labour versus things that sit on their own line.

Included in a typical proposal

  • Baseline and follow-up on the named pages.
  • Implementation labour for the changes you approve.
  • A written comparison of the same tests.

Quoted separately

  • A hosting move or CDN contract.
  • Redesigning templates from scratch.
  • Keeping every marketing tag and still “being fast”.
  • App-store native performance work.

AFTER HANDOVER

What you should hold when the work is done.

You keep the measurement property. Recommendations you declined stay on the list so a later campaign does not rediscover them as surprises.

Speed work decays when new plugins appear. Maintenance can include a light re-check. This page is the focused pass.

PRACTICAL NOTES

Details that usually affect the proposal.

Hosting location, PHP workers and a missing cache plugin can dominate over image weight. We will say when the next honest step is a host change. Compressing images on a drowning server is a poor spend. The migration page exists for that conversation.

Layout shift from late fonts, injected bars and consent banners is often a legal or marketing choice. We can reduce it; we cannot delete a banner your counsel requires. The note after the work will list what we changed and what you asked to keep, so a later audit does not treat those keeps as unfinished labour.

PLANNING THE WORK

Questions worth asking.

Will you get us a perfect lab score?

No. We improve the journeys you name. Perfect scores with empty pages are not the brief.

Do you need to delete our chat widget?

Only if you choose that trade-off. We will show what it costs in the measurement.

Is this SEO?

Faster pages can help people use the site. SEO services are a separate page covering crawl, content and local listings.
