WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
A plain explanation of the work.
Domains, hosting and business email is the unglamorous ownership layer: who registered the name, where the website files live, and which service provides mailboxes. In the UAE this often includes an .ae domain with its own eligibility rules, and a habit of buying “hosting plus mail plus a site builder” in one discounted bundle that nobody can later untangle.
The service is to make those three things explicit, configured, and documented. It is not a promise of a particular registrar’s retail price, and it is not a 24-hour helpdesk for every forgotten mailbox password unless an AMC says so.

Domain management
Registration or transfer support, nameservers, and a note of the registrant account. .ae eligibility is your paperwork; we can tell you what the registry currently asks, not grant the name. Two-factor on the registrar is recommended and configured if you can receive it.

Hosting selection
A host that matches the platform (static, WordPress, store). We can place the site on hosting you already own or help you open an account in your name. “Unlimited” consumer plans are read sceptically against backup and PHP needs.

Email configuration
Mailboxes or Microsoft 365 — if Microsoft 365, the dedicated setup page may be the better home for the work. DNS records for mail are set carefully so the website does not vanish. Device setup for Outlook or a phone is included when named.

Handover of ownership
A one-page map: registrar, host, mail, who pays which invoice, and when renewals fall. Shared logins are replaced with named users where the vendor allows it.

AFTER HANDOVER
What you should hold when the work is done.
You should be able to renew the domain without us. If a previous vendor still holds the lock, transferring out is part of the job until it succeeds or the registry blocks it for a documented reason.
Mailbox data stays with the mail vendor. We do not keep copies of your mail. Device passwords issued during setup should be changed if they were shared in a ticket.
PRACTICAL NOTES
Details that usually affect the proposal.
Expiry dates belong in a calendar your finance team can see. A domain that auto-renews on a personal card will fail when that card is cancelled. Move billing to a company method during this work. We will not leave a founder’s Gmail as the only recovery address if we can help it.
When mail and the website share one panel, a website restore can put mail at risk. If you are already in that bundle, say so. Splitting mail onto Microsoft 365 or a dedicated mail host is often the safer long-term shape. That split is extra if it is a migration, and it is worth naming before anyone clicks restore.

Can you buy the domain for us and keep it in your account?
We can help you buy it in your account. Keeping a client domain only in a supplier account is how businesses lose names. We will not recommend that as the steady state.
Is hosting in Dubai required?
Not by this page. Some organisations have a data preference; say so. Performance and support hours vary by host, which is a design choice.
Will this set up Microsoft 365?
Light mailbox DNS can sit here. A full tenant migration belongs on the Microsoft 365 service page so the cutover is scoped properly.
