Most UAE enquiry forms fail because they behave like a job application. Fourteen fields, a +1 phone default, a box that says “message” as if the visitor owed you an essay, and a red error that does not explain what broke. People do not complete that on a phone in Dubai traffic. They tap out and WhatsApp someone whose site asked for a name.

ITZ designs forms as a conversation starter, not a CRM dumping ground. The CRM can grow up after you have a mobile you can actually call. On paid traffic this matters even more — landing pages. A slow, nosy form is how you pay Google for clicks you never speak to. The interface is web design.

Ask for less than you think you need

For a first enquiry ITZ almost always uses three fields: name, mobile, and an optional one-line “what do you need?” Email is optional. Company name is optional unless you only sell to companies. Budget dropdowns that start at “select” and include ranges nobody believes get skipped or lied to. You can qualify on the call.

The phone field is not a US toy

Default country code +971. Allow spaces and a leading zero the way people actually type. Do not reject 0501234567 because a plugin wanted +971501234567 only. Do not use a pattern that assumes a US nine-digit number. Operators see otherwise careful sites throw away valid UAE mobiles and then wonder why the sheet was empty.

Mobile form with a +971 phone field and a WhatsApp button beside a short enquiry form
If the form asks for an essay, they will leave and message a competitor who only asked for a name and a mobile.

WhatsApp is the other form

Do not make the form the only door. A chip next to Submit is the UAE pattern. WhatsApp buttons. Count both in GA4.

Errors, success, and the “message” box

Success is a promise

“We will reply on WhatsApp today” beats a green tick and silence. If you cannot staff that promise, do not print it.

Kill the essay

Optional one line. If you need a brief, offer a file upload or say “we will ask on the chat.”

One PDPL sentence, not a wall

What you use the data for, link to privacy. No pre-ticked marketing. PDPL. You do not need a novel under the button.

Frequently asked questions

How many fields should a UAE enquiry form have?

Three is enough for most service businesses: name, mobile, optional note. Every extra field is a chance to quit on a phone.

Should the form replace WhatsApp?

No. Offer both. WhatsApp is the primary tap for many UAE buyers. The form is for people who will not chat and for a paper trail.

Do I need a long privacy policy under the button?

No. One honest sentence and a link. The long page can live at /privacy. Match it to what the form actually collects.
